da666 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Playing

1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and da666 ("da666", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at da666.bio. 3. Account Registration and Security

To access the full range of da666 products and services, including betting, casino games, and deposits and withdrawals, you must register a personal account. Registration is free of charge. da666 operates a strict one-account-per-player policy.

• You must provide a valid mobile phone number that is registered in your own name. This number will be used for account verification, security notifications, and password recovery.
• Your chosen username must not impersonate another person, contain offensive language, or infringe any third-party trademark. da666 reserves the right to require a username change at its sole discretion.

• da666 may at any time require additional Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation, including government-issued photo identification or proof of address. Failure to provide requested KYC documents within the specified period may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals.

You are fully responsible for all activity on your account. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify da666 support immediately at [email protected]. da666 will not be liable for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised account access where you have failed to take reasonable security precautions.

• You must not share your login credentials with any third party, including family members. Each person must maintain their own separate registered account.
• You must log out of your da666 account when using a shared or public device, including shared family phones, computers in cafes, and borrowed devices.
• da666 reserves the right to lock an account temporarily if suspicious activity is detected, pending security review. da666 will contact the account holder via the registered mobile number to resolve any security flag.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

da666 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All deposits are credited to your da666 account balance in real time, subject to successful payment processing. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. da666 does not charge a fee on deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay.

• All funds deposited must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. da666 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Where a third-party source is detected, the deposit may be returned and the account reviewed.
• Deposits made in error, or to the wrong account, should be reported to support immediately. da666 will attempt to return incorrectly made deposits where technically possible, but cannot guarantee recovery of funds sent to a third party outside the da666 platform.
• da666 reserves the right to limit the maximum deposit amount per transaction or per day at its discretion, particularly where enhanced due diligence requirements apply to the account.
• da666 does not lend money to players and does not offer credit. All gameplay and betting must be funded by real-money deposits. Negative account balances are not permitted.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. da666 processes withdrawal requests submitted between 9:00 AM and 11:00 PM Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6) within 15 minutes. Requests submitted outside these hours will be processed at the start of the next processing window. da666 does not charge a platform fee on withdrawals to bKash, Nagad, or Rocket.

• Before any withdrawal can be processed, da666 may require the account to be verified (KYC) if verification has not already been completed. Pending withdrawal requests may be held pending KYC completion.
• Withdrawals are only available to the account holder. Withdrawals to third-party accounts, third-party mobile wallets, or payment methods not registered to the account holder are not permitted.
• da666 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, bonus abuse, money laundering, or breach of these Terms. da666 will notify the account holder of any such delay via their registered mobile number.
• Any bonus funds remaining in an account at the time of a withdrawal request that have not yet met the applicable wagering requirement will not be included in the withdrawal amount and will remain in the account as bonus balance until the rollover condition is satisfied.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

da666 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms attached to the individual promotion:

• Bonuses are credited to eligible accounts only. Eligibility criteria vary by promotion and will be stated in the individual promotion terms. da666 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the individual promotion terms.
• da666 reserves the right to withhold or cancel any bonus where there is evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, or breach of these Terms. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to, creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, or exploiting game mechanics in a manner inconsistent with normal gameplay.
• Golden Bank loyalty coins are earned on qualifying real-money bets across casino, cricket betting, and slots. Golden Bank coins may be converted to cashback credits in accordance with the current Golden Bank redemption schedule. Coins earned from bonus bets may be excluded from the Golden Bank scheme.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the da666 platform. Any player found engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed, and any funds in the account may be forfeited. da666 may also report relevant conduct to appropriate authorities where required by law.

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person, for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing account limits or restrictions.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, interact with games, or extract data from the da666 platform without prior written authorisation from da666.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or collusion in connection with sports betting markets available on da666.
• Using the da666 platform for any money laundering purpose, including structuring deposits to avoid detection thresholds or using da666 as a mechanism to transfer funds between parties.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise interfere with the technical infrastructure of the da666 platform, including its games, payment systems, or account management systems.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information to da666 at any point, including during registration, KYC verification, or when submitting a support request or withdrawal claim.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the da666 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, data compilations, and software, is the property of da666 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The da666 name, logo, and all related brand assets are trademarks of da666. No element of the da666 platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for any commercial purpose without da666's prior written consent.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the da666 platform for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include any right to sublicense, resell, copy, modify, transmit, or create derivative works from any content on the da666 platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, da666 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable to you or any third party for any of the following:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising from your use of or inability to use the da666 platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the da666 platform or any individual game or service, whether planned or unplanned, including interruptions caused by maintenance, technical faults, or events outside da666's reasonable control.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information published on the da666 platform, including odds, statistics, or editorial content. da666 publishes such information in good faith but does not warrant its accuracy or completeness.
• Any unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to protect your login credentials, or from your use of a shared or public device without logging out.

9. Responsible Gaming
